William Fritts

William "Bill" D. Fritts, age 71, passed away peacefully surrounded by the love of his family.
He was the loving father of Bill Fritts, Jim (Barbara) Fritts, Abby Fritts (Jon Barry), and Merissa Fritts, and the proud grandpa of Tommy and Graysen Fritts. Bill was the caring brother of Tom (Carol) Fritts and dear uncle to many nieces and nephews.

A hardworking and determined man, Bill owned and operated Fritts Trucking, a business he built from the ground up. Outside of work, he was known for his passion for music-especially drumming-and a lifelong love of cars and motorcycles. Bill enjoyed the excitement of gambling and was a devoted Elvis fan.

Visitation will be held on Sunday, December 7, 2025, from 2:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Vandenberg Funeral Home, 17248 Harlem Avenue, Tinley Park, IL 60477. Funeral services will begin on Monday, December 8, 2025, at 10:00 AM at the funeral home. Interment will follow at Chapel Hill Garden South Cemetery.

Bill will be deeply missed by his family, friends, and all who knew him.
