Victor C. Johnson

Victor C. Johnson, age 77, of Tinley Park, Illinois, passed away on July 27, 2026. A proud United States Navy Vietnam Veteran. Victor lived a life defined by hard work, humility, and a deep appreciation for the outdoors. He earned a minor in carpentry, a skill that reflected his love of building and working with his hands. Whether tending to a project or spending time outside, Victor was happiest with dirt on his hands, an endearing trait that became a cherished family joke, as they would often tell him, "Stop playing in the dirt." His playful spirit, dedication, and love for his family will be remembered by all who knew him.

Beloved husband of Mary Ann Johnson for 49 years. Loving father of Carl Johnson. Cherished brother of the late Bruce Johnson. Kind uncle. Dear son of the late Carl and late Alma Johnson.

Visitation, Friday, July 31, 2026, from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. at Vandenberg Funeral Home, 17248 S. Harlem Ave. Tinley Park, IL 60477.
