Susan R. Kondracki

Susan "Sue" Kondracki (née Prokop), late of Tinley Park, passed away peacefully. Beloved wife of Edward Kondracki. Loving mother of Kristi (Andy) Bednarczyk, Jennifer Kondracki, Tiffany (James) Summers, and Douglas (Ashley) Kondracki. Proud and caring grandmother of Nathan, Ethan, Braedan Bednarczyk, Laila Summers, Madalyn Summers, and Layla Rodriguez. Dear sister of Augie (Martha) Prokop and Roger (Kathy) Prokop. Cherished aunt of many nieces and nephews.

As one of the early employees of Trace Ambulance, Sue devoted nearly 30 years as a dispatcher and scheduling manager, playing an essential role in coordinating staffing and emergency response for those in need.

A Memorial Gathering will be held on Friday, April 3, 2026, from 4:00-8:00 PM at Vandenberg Funeral Home, 17248 Harlem Avenue, Tinley Park, Illinois 60477. Interment will be private.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Ronald McDonald House Chicago.
