Orlando R. Caravette

Orlando R. Caravette, age 86, late of Palos Heights, Illinois.

Beloved husband of Eloise Caravette, née Miller. Loving father of Serena (Raith) Ledbetter and Aldo (Jennifer) Caravette. Proud "Grandpie" of Malena Ledbetter. Dear brother of Frank (the late Cheri) Caravette. Caring uncle of Chris, Nanette, Renee, Dario, and Tina.

Orlando had a lifelong love of boating and automobiles, especially his Corvettes. A natural entrepreneur and businessman, he founded several businesses throughout his career. He later retired from a successful career in sales with Turano Baking Company.

Visitation will be held Thursday, July 23, 2026, from 3:00 until 6:00 p.m. at Vandenberg Funeral Home, 19604 Wolf Road, Mokena, Illinois 60448. Interment will be private.
