Nicholas M. Persin, age 80, late of Clarendale of Mokena. Beloved husband of the late Georgette Persin nee Dragovic. Beloved father of Laura (Augie) Hernandez, Jeffrey (Simonette), and James (Tina) Persin. Proud grandfather of Jennifer, Brian, Nicholas, Luke, Matthew, Sam, Stephanie, and Olivia. Caring great grandfather of Anthony, J.P, and Jesse.
Visitation Thursday, 3:00- 8:00 PM at Vandenberg Funeral Home, 19604 S. Wolf Road, Mokena, IL. 60448. Mass of Christian Burial, Friday, October 30, 2020, 10:00 AM at St. Mary Church. Interment will take place in private in Holy Cross Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to St. Jude Children Hospital. Out of any abundance of caution, we request that guests who may be vulnerable or apart of the “high risk” group attend the visitation during the 3:00-5:00 PM calling hours.

Due to the global health pandemic (COVID-19) and in accordance with public health mandates; Face coverings are mandatory for entry into the Funeral Home. Gathering size will be limited to less than twenty-five (25) attendees in the funeral facilities at any given time.
