Caring brother of Henry Butkiewicz, Rita (late Fred) Guendling the late Xavier (Linda) Butkiewicz and Richard (late Janet) Butkiewicz. Fond uncle of many nieces and nephews. He was a caring lifelong friend to the guys he grew up with. Mel was a hardworking and very generous man who would do anything for his family. He will be deeply missed.
