James Robert Pierce Jr.

On Saturday, October 11, 2025, James Robert Pierce Jr. was welcomed into heaven with open arms. He lives on in the many lives he touched and through all the cherished memories shared with him.

James was the loving son of the late James Sr. and Linda Pierce, and the beloved husband of Tammy. He was a proud father of Michelle (Vince) Johnson, Shane (Mandy) Peralta, CJ Peralta, and Blaze Pierce, and a devoted grandfather to Jerimiah, Jayden, Dylan, Gionni, London, BJ, and Taylor.

He was an amazing brother to Kimberly (Steve) Comstock, a caring brother in law, a beloved nephew to many aunts and uncles, and an admired uncle and cousin. Known to many as HoocH, he also lives on through the unbreakable bonds formed with his motorcycle family.

James was an exceptional man who guided, influenced, and loved his way through life. He will be deeply missed by all who knew him. Though he is no longer with us, he is not alone he is now at peace, reunited with those who went to Heaven before him.

Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 19, 2025, from 1:00 PM until 6:30 PM at Vandenberg Funeral Home 17248 Harlem Ave Tinley Park, Illinois 60477. Services will begin at 6:30 PM.
