Born on November 11, 1945, in Chicago, Illinois, Cynthia lived a life rooted in faith, family, compassion, and service to others. She was a woman ahead of her time, known for her strength, intelligence, determination, and unwavering love for those around her.

As a journeyman lineman, Cynthia broke barriers in her field and set an extraordinary example of courage and perseverance. She was a true trailblazer who inspired generations that followed, while always remaining humble, kind, and deeply devoted to the people she loved most.

Cynthia was a beloved mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister, aunt, and friend whose warmth, generosity, and gentle spirit touched all who had the privilege of knowing her.

Family was the center of Cynthia's world. She found her greatest joy in caring for those she loved and celebrating the milestones, accomplishments, and everyday moments that brought her family together.

She was a devoted mother to her loving children, Jim (Leagh) Boyne, Tim (Karen) Boyne, Tracy (Aida) Arriaga-Boyne, and Carrie (Jim) Ricchetti.

Cynthia was the proud and cherished grandmother of Jay, Connor, Sean, Anna, Collin, Delaney (Rudy), Madison, Caroline, Taylor (Nathan), Logan, Brayden, Seraphina, Jack, Luke, and Vivienne. She was also blessed with three beloved great-grandchildren, Nolan, Hayden, and Odette.

Cynthia was preceded in death by her parents, Mary and Clarence Waller; her beloved grandsons, Jay Boyne and Collin Boyne; and her siblings, Mary Wassner, Charlotte Waller, and Kenny Waller.

Those who knew Cynthia will remember her loving heart, quiet strength, generous spirit, and the kindness she extended so freely to everyone she met. She had a remarkable ability to make others feel welcomed, valued, and cared for.

Cynthia's legacy is one of love, faith, resilience, and determination. She paved the way for others through her hard work and dedication, but her greatest accomplishment was always the family she built and the love she shared.
