Beryl Aveline Teague, age 85, passed away peacefully on Friday, April 8, 2022 surrounded by her family. Beryl was a servant of God and was a lifelong member of the church. She enjoyed gardening, cooking, homemaking, and traveling. Her most memorable trip was to the Holy Land. Beloved wife of Lyman Teague. Dear daughter of the late Allison and Geraldine Bedford. Loving mother of Karen (Terrance) Barker, Sharon (Glenn) Smutny, and Cheryl (Wayne) Paben. Cherished grandmother of Terrance, Michelle, Jason, Katherine, Daniel, Dennis, Jill, and 13 great-grandchildren. Caring sister of Dewayne, Robert, Joanne, and the late Arlene. Visitation Tuesday, April 12, 2022 from 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Vandenberg Funeral Home 19604 Wolf Rd Mokena, IL 60448. Lying in State Wednesday, April 13, 2022 from 10:00 a.m. until the time of Service at 11:00 a.m. at St. John’s United Church of Christ 11100 2nd St. Mokena, IL 60448.
