Fond uncle of Nolan, Ava, and Sarah Summers, Gabe and Zoe Lulinski. Dearest nephew of Greg (Carolyn), Pamela (Rich) Zack, Stanley and life partner Steve, Mary (Rick) Ramirez the late Phillip (Linda) Lulinski and John (Janice) Adamski. Matt was close to many friends, cousins, classmates, and neighbors.
